We Began The F.H. Furr Academy Of Certified Excellence When We Realized That
Experienced Trade Workers Were Dwindling.
We knew that the need for home comfort services wouldn’t be going anywhere, so in order to maintain our level of expertise and high-quality workmanship, we needed to begin the in-depth process of training our own technicians. These graduates would become the next generation of excellence in the industry!

Even after apprentices have graduated from the academy, and begin to make their rounds in the field, they are still required to undergo training each week. Why do we do this? Simply because we want our plumbing, HVAC, and electrical technicians to be the best they can be. The more skilled they are, the better job they’ll do, and the more financial reward they’ll gain.
