We pay half of our employee’s insurance premium after 90 days and then 100% at their 18 month anniversary! Each employee receives a company-paid $50,000 life insurance policy and company-paid long term disability insurance.
Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays
It’s so important to be able to take a break and refresh your mind. We believe that rested employees are happy employees!
Our full-time team members receive up to 4 weeks of paid vacation! We also offer paid sick leave as well as paid time off for six major holidays!
